What to expect on the call.

This isn't a hard sell. We have a small roster of producers and we add slowly because we only run one producer per territory. Half the time we get on a call and decide together that the fit isn't there yet, and that's a real outcome.

30-minute agenda

  • Your current production, licensed states, and case-size targets
  • What's currently filling your calendar (or isn't) and what's broken about it
  • What our engine looks like inside, including the qualification screens we use
  • Honest read on whether your territory is open and a fit
  • If yes, what month one would look like
  • Your questions, including pricing

Before the call, it helps if you know:

  • The states you're licensed in
  • Your rough annual premium written last year
  • Your current sources of qualified appointments and what they cost you
  • Where you'd want to be in 12 months

Don't have those numbers handy? Show up anyway. We'll figure them out together.

Common Questions

Things producers ask before the call.

How long is the call?
30 minutes. If we need more time, we schedule a second call. We never go over without your buy-in.
Will you pitch me on the call?
No deck, no closer script. We'll cover your situation, explain our model, and answer your questions. If at the end of that conversation you want to move forward, we'll walk through next steps. If you don't, you got a free read on your funnel.
What if my territory is already taken?
We'll tell you on the call, immediately, before anything else. If your primary territory is locked up, we may have an adjacent one open, or we may be able to put you on a waitlist. No surprises.
What if I'm not the right fit?
We'll say so. Honestly, it happens roughly 40% of the time. If you're brand new, or you're under $1M in production, or your offer needs to be rebuilt before any volume of appointments could move the needle, we'll tell you and point you toward what to fix first.
What does pricing look like?
One flat monthly retainer for the management. You fund your own ad spend separately, billed directly to your card by the ad platform. Exact numbers depend on your territory, state count, and case-size targets. We'll cover them on the call.
