Who we serve

Our services are offered to independent, licensed annuity producers and to IMOs / FMOs. Nothing on this site is advice to consumers. If you're a consumer, this website is not for you and no content here should be construed as investment, tax, or insurance advice.

What we do (and don't) promise

• We deliver qualified, phone-verified annuity appointments to your calendar per the flat-fee retainer agreement you sign with us
• We do NOT guarantee that any specific number of appointments will close
• We do NOT guarantee any specific premium volume, ROI, or income outcome
• Results depend on your close rate, your case sizes, your carriers, your compliance track record, and market conditions we don't control
• Any results shown on this site (in case studies, testimonials, or illustrative examples) are historical or hypothetical and are not a guarantee of future performance

Payment and cancellation

Service pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are set in your engagement agreement. No long-term contracts. You can cancel any time subject to the terms of your engagement.

The "first month free" offer, if applicable, waives our management retainer for the first 30 days. You remain responsible for advertising spend on your own accounts (billed directly to your card by the ad platform). Full details are in your engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

The content on this website (posts, illustrations, brand marks, code) is owned by The Annuity Agency. You may quote or share content with attribution. You may not republish substantially the same content on your own site or use our brand in ways that imply endorsement without written permission.

Third-party links

We may link to external tools, calculators, or industry resources. We're not responsible for the content or accuracy of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Annuity Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Compliance and carrier authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring that appointments generated through our engine, and any subsequent sales activity, comply with the rules of your licensing state(s), your appointed carriers, and any applicable federal regulations. We do not represent any carrier. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We make no recommendations about specific annuity products.

Governing law
